Processing & Lead Time
- In-stock products: Usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Special orders / large quantities: May require 5–7 business days or more. Our sales team will confirm lead times before order completion.
- Pre-order items: Delivery timelines will be communicated during quotation.

Risk of Loss & Insurance
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

- IC Manufacturer assists with claims against carriers, but liability is limited to replacement or refund under warranty terms.
Customs & Duties
- Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, tariffs, or other local taxes imposed by their destination country.
- IC Manufacturer provides all required export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, HS code, COO if needed) to support customs clearance.
Tracking & Notifications
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
- Order status updates can also be requested through info@icmanufacturer.com or your dedicated sales contact.
Undeliverable & Delayed Shipments
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will bear reshipping costs.
- Delays caused by customs clearance or courier restrictions are beyond IC Manufacturer’s control, but we will assist customers in resolving issues promptly.
